The forward-deck rooms of the trawler hold functional areas for a 33-person crew - twin cabins, food stores, a galley, a mess room, a lounge and games room, a laundry and a public washroom. The main goal was a comfortable and safe environment compliant with the standards for seagoing vessels.
The rooms are finished in a minimalist style. The dominant colours are beiges and browns with gold accents. This palette gives the shipboard space a warm atmosphere that counters the cold tones prevailing outside. The wall linings are made of galvanised steel sheet filled with mineral wool and covered with beige foil; in the galley and stores the walls are finished in stainless steel. The floor of the public deck uses a resin screed.
The cabin interiors use moisture-resistant materials that meet fire-safety standards. The walls are finished with beige foil and wood-effect MDF panels, and the ceilings in light shades of beige. The floors are covered with IMO-certified wool carpeting that meets fire-resistance requirements. Furniture such as the twin berth and the desk is made of laminate-faced plywood. The upholstery fabric on the sofa is treated and carries the certificates required on board. Lighting is provided by warm-toned LED spots that add to the cosy feel, and every cabin has a window that lets in extra natural light.
