The project is a concept interior for an Indian restaurant in Gdańsk's Montownia Foodhall at Lisia Grobla 7. The name refers directly to the address and to the motif of a paradisal Eden.
The space is designed to shift smoothly with the time of day. By day it works as a traditional restaurant; in the evening it takes on a more intimate character thanks to the bar area. The layout also sets aside a dedicated shisha lounge on the ground floor - a nod to the restaurant's Indian roots.
The interior draws on signature elements of Indian aesthetics: arches, openwork screens and bold brass lamps lighting the tables. The centrepiece and signature of the venue is a sculpture of Ganesha.
The material and colour base pairs beiges with deep browns, broken up by gold accents that carry special meaning in Indian culture. The darker, saturated palette builds a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
